WaveScan WaveFront System
The WaveScan WaveFront System measures eye imperfections up to 25 times more precisely than standard methods. Data is collected from the WaveFront machine and analyzed in the WaveScan software where it is translated into laser instructions to guide the CustomVue treatment. WaveScan combines the patient's corneal K-values and wavefront measurements to determine the optimal corneal shape on a case by case basis. Corneal shapes vary from prolate, oblate, to spherical.

Includes expanded ability to capture wavefront information on larger pupil patients for treatments out to 7mm.
