We strive to provide the maximum amount of creative freedom to our customers while simultaneously providing an above average network engineering infrastructure. To this end, we are committed to "Surfing the Edge of Chaos", providing sound and stable platforms that you can base your Internet presence on while constantly keeping our antennae tuned for the approaching next wave.
We recognize that in this ever changing, ever growing cyberverse called the Internet, it is quite easy for a small ISP such as ourselves to be swamped by much larger companies. We are proud to be small, in fact, we believe "small is beautiful". As a community based Internet Service Provider, we try to provide the extra attention and solidarity that nationals and large regional can't provide to their customers. Some have labeled us as an Internet Boutique. While we may be small, our service record often surpasses our larger counterparts. We strive to provide added features and services that larger ISPs are unwilling or are afraid to provide.
We feel that we are very much a part of the cyberculture that is emerging here in the Bay Area and believe it to be part of the solution to some of the many problems that our little planet currently faces. To that end, we will actively seek to promote and export the diverse cultures that flourish here of which we are proud to be a part of.
