- We are New Media Manitoba formerly known as Manitoba New Media or "MNM". NMM was founded in September of 2000 by Kevin Hnatiuk & Brock Gunter-Smith. We provide training, advocacy, and networking to individuals in the Digital Media industry. We meet the 2nd-last Tuesday of every month at Psych Health on William in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. Each of our meetings deals with a particular theme or products related to new media, interactive media, and video game development. Our training topics are targeted toward new media professionals, however, all are welcome to attend and there is no charge unless otherwise stated.
