Kingdom One Entertainment Group, LLC, established MusiK1 as its music division to concentrate on providing record campaign solutions for the independent artist and label community, with a strong focus in new business development. Kingdom One has also formed a label and publishing arm to support its signed artists with Label Support and project development. The company's unique operating method allows its resources to be integrated within a wide range of music driven initiatives that stay abreast of music and its consumer's evolution. These ties further ensure the continuity of MusiK1's ability to offer innovative solutions for its clients, artist roster and partners while aiding in the growth and reformation of industry standards.
The Label Arm
The MusiK1 label arm has been established to assist selective clientele with Label Support, while its main focus is to support Lyrical Knowledge participating artists with Project Development, solely discovering and signing artists whose overall compositions raise conscious awareness through their music.
The label arm has developed an alternative answer to have digital distribution in place through existing MusiK1 strategic partnerships, while providing all of its resources to launch a successful campaign. Its business model works on non-recoupable ervice terms to avoid any debts, and instead offers discounted and/or waived campaign services in exchange for a percentage of music sales and merchandise, while artists retain 100% of their master recording rights.
The Publishing Arm
Kingdom One Publishing is the publishing arm under Kingdom One Entertainment Group, LLC, formed to present Co-Publishing deals for participating Lyrical Knowledge artists, helping in the administration of compositions and exploiting such works to terrestrial radio stations, while looking for global licensing support and sub-publishing opportunities in foreign territories. In most cases, artists who do not have a publishing company in place, Kingdom One Publishing helps form their own publishing arm under ASCAP in order to gain 50% of the publisher's royalty shares.
iRadioStats
iRadioStats has been created under a strategic partnership between PC Range Pty Ltd. and MusiK1, with a primary focus to provide real-time audience and playlist stats using GEO IP Tracking. iRadioStats supports all stations streaming on ShoutCast servers from the iRadioStats website, as well as remotely on station websites who subscribe to REMOTE iRS.
Whereas iRadioStats is a subscription service for all Broadcasters using ShoutCast servers, MusiK1 Station Partners who participate in the iRadio Promotional Consideration program are able to use iRadioStats as a complementary service. Artist and Labels who purchase MusiK1 Station Partner airplay slots and commercial spots through the iRadio Audience Builder program are also able to subscribe to iRadioStats.
Open Music Wire
OpenMusicWire.com has been created by MusiK1 to provide affiliated Blogs, e-Zines, Internet Radio Stations, Online Music Video Outlets and Podcasts with a number of complimentary services for those who support open content by either posting chosen feeds on their website or by adding selective open music and/or music videos to their programming. All music and video content is pre-approved by content owners, allowing our affiliates to download content and offer it to their readers, listeners and/or viewers. Open music and music video downloads are presented individually or packaged in a Press Kit (zip file) that may also contain Album Art, Pictures, Logos and current Press Releases from Billboard Publicity Wire. Most open content will also be supported under a Creative Commons license.
