Rob Bertholf

Rob Bertholf, (born July 19, 1979 in Fortuna, California) is American entrepreneur, Search Engine Optimization Expert, military veteran and inventor who has founded two Internet companies.

Entrepreneur

Formerly the Director of Web Innovation managing the web team and technical direction for ResortQuest Hawaii, Rob previously served 5 years in the United States Air Force achieving the rank of Staff Sergeant. During his military tenure, he participated in real world operations to include Operation ALLIED FORCE and SOUTHERN WATCH and served on an elite team of specialists for the USAFE Server Consolidation and Implementation Plan responsible for the migration of all USAFE web/mail/file servers. Honored with a Commendation and three Achievement Medals and selected as USAFE's Communication and Information Management professional of the year two years in a row, Sergeant Bertholf's military career was highlighted by a commendation from the US Joint Chiefs of Staff for classified web-based tasking software developed.

Rob has spoken at various venues to include University of Phoenix's Brown Bag Seminar on Web Empowerment hitechhawaii.com, briefed the House of Representatives on the future web technology in Hawaii, spoke at the Biserica Web Conference in Vienna, Austria as well as a the Keynote speaker on Intranet development at the Adventist International Webmasters Conference, Darmstadt, Germany attended by over 100 representatives from 12 various European countries news.staonline.de advent-verlag.de.

Rob is the Founder/CEO of The Zeppo Network, Inc. and its subsidiary Empowered Internet Solutions see pacific.bizjournals.com. The inventor of the ZeppOS standard internet platform.

Veteran

A Veteran of the United States Air Force, Rob achieved the rank of Staff Sergeant (E-5) while serving on Active Duty with the United States Air Force as an Information Management Craftsman (3A051)

Medals Awarded

Awarded the Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal while stationed at Ali Al Salem Air Base, Kuwait to attest to encounters with foreign armed opposition as part of Operation SOUTHERN WATCH. Rob also participated in Operation ALLIED FORCE and Operation ENDURING FREEDOM. Considered "highly decorated" for two tours on active duty; presented the following Medals/Ribbons:
