About Us
Used-Robots.com offers robots and parts from many robot manufacturers including: Motoman, Panasonic, ABB, Fanuc and others. What separates Used-Robots.com from others is that we sell complete turnkey customized systems with warranty. There are some companies that will sell to you a used robot but it is usually as-is with no integration. At Used-Robots.com we provide the same expertise and service as a large robotic integrator of new robots, only we utilized reconditioned robots which reduce the cost the system for about half the price of a new one.
Industrial robot machines today are built to last fifteen years working three shifts, seven days a week for the fast pace automotive industry where the robots are run at full speed in order to achieve the fastest cycle time.

Most of the robots that we reconditioned have only been used a few years by a smaller company that acquire a robot for a short term contract job and when that contract ran out they looked to sell the robot. When Used-Robots.com receives a used robot, we put it through a battery of tests to check the complete operation of the controller and robotic arm unit. Each robot is tested to discover any excessive play in axes or repeatability problems. Each axis of the robot is examined and if necessary it is disassembled and the harmonics removed in order to thoroughly inspect for wear and damage. It is rare that a harmonic drive needs replaced but if there is enough wear to cause problems we will completely replace the drive in order to get the robot performing as if it was new. We also evaluate all cable harnesses, drain and replace all lubricants and batteries. Once the robot has been completely reconditioned and thoroughly tested for optimal repeatability and up time, it is repainted and relabeled. We will even paint the robot to your preference of color if requested in order for the robot to match your existing color scheme of your factory.
