College students enrolled in the Reserve Officers Training Corps (ROTC) component of the National Service Training Program (NSTP) graduated recently. During the closing and turn over ceremonies of the University of the Philippines Diliman ROTC Unit last 29 March 2008, cadets received recognition as graduates of the Military Science (MS) Program of UP. Cadets also received awards for exemplary performance.
