Karyn Castillo has been creating specialty cakes for over two decades. After graduating from Albuquerque's TVI in 1978 Karyn has worked in New Mexico, California, Arizona, and Nevada. Working in a wide array of bakeries has given Karyn a great deal of experience in all avenues of cake creation and decoration.
Special requests have always been Karyn's area of expertise, and it shows in the wide array of styles that she has created. Karyn says she derives inspiration from many different sources, but one key in the creative process is the customer. Many people bring in photos or ideas and she brings them to life.
