It was first created by a consortium of several photographers, writers and illustrators from United States and others parts of the world in 2002, each of these individuals brought their archives and current work to the site with the specific intention of meeting the modern standards technology of diffusing their images for sales all around the world. Among its principal contributors are leading photo-agencies from America, Europe and other continents, including one of its agents in France, the newly incorporated Unimedia International Sarl of Paris, France.
