Unicane started in 1978 as a trading house of cane raw materials in Singapore because of her strategic location as an international trade gateway. As Unicane's volume increased, we started our own raw material processing plant to ensure consistent quality and supply. The success led to the startup of two furniture manufacturing plants in Indonesia, which are still rapidly growing even today!
Currently, the Unicane group can export worldwide approximately one hundred 40-ft containers of high-end furniture per month. Our prestigious list of customers includes renowned names such as the Singapore Raffles Hotel, London's Harrods Departmental Store, South Africa's Palace of the Lost City and even the MalaMala Hotel which was ranked number one in Travel & Leisure's 1997 World'S Top 100 Hotels. We have also supplied our quality furniture to a large number of Caribbean Island Hotels and Resorts.
Having our own raw material processing plants guarantee direct access of first grade raw materials. The best are reserved for our own production to ensure consistent quality of our furniture.
