Al Kikuras was born in a small town in 1974. He led a very reclusive life as a child, ignored by other children his age due to his pasty looks and virtually zero personality. Upon reaching legal adult age, Al took the money he had saved up all through his childhood working cleanup at the local movie theater as well as the cash his parents had tucked away for his college education and spent it on massive cosmetic surgery. Al had his testicle size increased through immense injections of testosterone into his lower body and scrotum, as well as having large implants of fat deposited into his nuts and thighs at the Upstairs Hollywood Medical Facility (since shut down for illegal and unregistered practice) in his home town of Dayton, Ohio.
Upon the operation's completion, Al was ecstatic with his new set of balls, but unfortunately their size led to Al becoming a total shut-in. Forced to relocate to New York due to hazmat regulations in Dayton, Al now spends his days at home with his balls, listening to music and working on Unchain the Underground.
