Thank you messages to referring patient,newsletters to the entire practice, and patient satisfactions surveys are all included in the Premium service. All this is done automatically behind the scenes, as UAppoint seamlessly integrates with the PM software. The Basic service is totally free. Subscribers to the Premium service can have up too 100 postcards sent on their behalf each month for free.
