In January 2006, the UTPB School of Business was awarded accreditation by AACSB International the premier business accreditation agency. AACSB International stands for quality. Only 15% of business colleges in the World and 30% in the United States are AACSB International accredited. Studying business at UTPB will propel you on your career.
One of UT Permian Basin's premier program's is the John Ben Shepperd Public Leadership Institute, which offers seminars, training and research on public leadership all over Texas. Nationally recognized, the Institute also offers a BA degree in Leadership Studies.
