U-Right International Holdings Limited ("the Group") was listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited on 13 November 2000. The Group is principally engaged in the design, manufacture, distribution and retailing of men and ladies casual wear in which management has over 20 years of experience. The products are distributed in Hong Kong, the PRC and overseas under the brand name of U-Right through an extensive sales network, including 62 retail shops in Hong Kong, over 300 selling points in the PRC and 25 franchised shops in the Middle East. In 2001, the Group obtained Swedish nano processing technology and applied it onto textile products and finished garments. After nano-processed treatment, clothing possesses the functionalities of being water repellent, stain resistant, as well as environmental-friendly. Not only can the technology be applied on the Group's products, it can also be promoted on finished clothing of other brand names. In addition, the Group has collaborated with different manufacturers to produce a wide range of nano products, including casual footwear, plush toys, fabric handbags, fabric furniture, face masks and medical products. The Group will continue to seek strategic business partners and licensees of Swedish nano technology together to exhibit the industry advantages and to open up business opportunities.
