About Us
Twin Valley Internet is a locally owned and operated Internet Service Provider (ISP). Twin Valley Internet is located in the heart of downtown Boyne City, Michigan. As we expand, we will open other branch offices throughout Northern Michigan.
Twin Valley Internet was started by Ken and Sherry Bedford, who have been in the ISP industry since early 1996. Our six years plus experience in this industry has given us a good grasp on the "do's and don'ts" of running an ISP both with customer related issues and equipment issues, as well as experience in working with the various phone companies. We strive to make the customer as happy as possible. We still believe in the old motto "Customer is King".
Currently we have dialup services for all those who can dial into the Boyne City exchange locally. As our customer base grows, we will add on additional dial-in numbers in Petoskey, East Jordan, etc. We will also be expanding our services to offer wireless internet.
