Welcome To Turnstone Founded in 1943 as Allen County Society for Crippled Children, Turnstone has been meeting the needs of children and adults with physical disabilities for the past 64 years. The agency is excited to offer a variety of programs and services to the residents of northeast Indiana and further. It is our mission to 'enhance the lives of all persons with physical disabilities and their families'.
