The Directors established Turnbull Group Pty Ltd in 1981, and decided many years ago to limit the size of the firm so as to more easily manage the provision of extremely high quality advice to our clients at reasonable and appropriate cost. We are not afraid to decline a brief in circumstances where we are unable to support a particular development proposal. We place professional integrity, outcomes and credibility above the matter of securing of planning work.
All Directors of the firm have appropriate formal professional qualifications and all are also members of the Planning institute of Australia and the Australian Association of Consulting Planners.
Whilst we are not property lawyers, the firm does have the benefit of formally qualified in - house legal counsel to provide preliminary direction in relation to the minefield of legal/statutory issues (even if this merely involves referral of relevant aspects of matters to an appropriately accredited solicitor or barrister) that so often arise in the field of local government and environmental planning law.
