TÜMSİAD (Whole Industrialists’ and Businessmen’s Association) has the vision of forming a generation of businessmen that have both local and universal values,WHO will serve to all mankind with perceverence and determination, WHO are honest, dynamic and hard-working, has entrepreneurial spirit, WHO are open to development, who will have a voice in the management of the future world and will make Turkiye a unique brand in all countries throughout the world. TÜMSİAD has 2500 members from different sectors like: textile, jewelry, food, automotive, leather industry, printing, furniture, consumer durables , information technologies, electronics, construction, carpet making/selling, chemical industry and packing industry. TÜMSİAD has the opinion that in order to achieve its vision, all members must have the values stated below:

TÜMSİAD gives great importance for the development of its members in order to serve professionally in the international market and pursues 5 different goals. These goals are:
TRAINING AND HUMAN RESOURCES To sustain personal, professional, social and cultural development of both businessmen and their workers. To make a contribution to the improvement of services and operation systems of small, medium and large scale enterprises. To prepare practicable projects with The Ministry of National Education and representatives of the sector by making vocational high schools work in order to meet the need of the middle workers demanded by the private sector.
CORPORATE DEVELOPMENT To make a contribution to the institutionalization and emergence of long standing institutions by spreading the understanding of teamwork among our members. To support the formation and expansion of a model businessman and a productive enterprise model that are both nourished by cultural and moral values of our society and imbibed the universal business ethics.
SECTORAL SOLUTIONS To pinpoint the general problems of business enterprises and to find precise and permanent solutions to these problems by cooperating with authoritative public corporations and institutions. To produce projects for the formation of healthy macro balances of country’s economy on sectoral bases by negotiating with the representatives of the sector. To deliver opinion to the public authorities in the formation and execution of industrial and commercial policies that concerns the businessmen.
COMMUNICATION To expand the exchange of information which is necessary for strengthening the cooperation and communication activities among all businessmen and to encourage actions taken on this issue. To make a contribution to the creation and development of necessary environments and athmospheres for our members to carry out a secure and profitable trade in both domestic and foreign markets. To play an active role in the projects that include publicity campaigns of Turkiye in foreign countries.
SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY To strengthen the collaboration of universities with the private sector. To make various activities to expand the ideas of environment-consciousness and environment protectionism among the society, business enterprises and the individuals. To prepare projects focusing on social and cultural problems of the society with the collaboration of national and international NGO’s.
