The Tsu Shin Gen Shurakai Karate and Mixed Martial Art systems are very effective and modern with traditional Budo values. These systems are suitable for full contact fighters also for men, women and children who train mainly as a hobby but are still interested in an effective self-defence system. We also have sections for Ashihara International Karate and Kyokushin Karate.
