- Triple S Properties, Inc. is a residential and commercial real estate development company. For the last 20 years we have consistently and satisfactorily built over 100 homes per year. We started out in 1990 with just a few rental properties, but then started doing land developments and looking at more ways to expand. In 1998 we started building apartment complexes that have either been sold after completion, or are still being used for income property. In 1999 we started adding more properties to rental programs and have since expanded to over 200 rental houses. We have also done over 20 different land developments ranging from a 9 residential lot subdivision, to over 100 residential lots. We started acquiring commercial lots in 2001 and multifamily subdivisions, and have since added many more properties.
