It is the mission of Trinity Covenant Church to lift up the Lord Jesus Christ and glorify God by corporate praise and worship, by ministering to the physical and spiritual needs of those within our congregation and by equipping one another in the power of the Holy Spirit, to do the work of our Lord in our community, in our nation, and in the world; so that individuals may come to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ and grow to maturity in Him.
Trinity Covenant Church of Manchester was established in 1892, when a small group of faithful Christians felt the need for a community-oriented, Bible teaching church to minister to Swedish immigrants in the Manchester area. From its beginning, the church (then called the "Swedish Evangelical Mission Church") emphasized:
We're serious about developing spiritual maturity. Regardless of your age, at Trinity you can acquire the tools you need to go deeper in your understanding of God and your relationship with Him. We believe the Christian life is a journey -- and we all aren't necessarily at the same spot on the road. But through worship, prayer, study, service and witness, we can discover where that road leads as we seek to live lives that honor God.
