Founded in 1961, Towne Properties initial goal was to lead the renaissance of Mt. Adams, a charming, old world hilltop village overlooking downtown Cincinnati. It not only wanted to create "great apartment homes but to help rebuild a great neighborhood."
Towne began by redesigning and totally renovating five buildings which became known as the St. Gregory Row. Here Towne created some of the region's most exciting rental housing; handsome facades and entryways, private gardens, two-story living rooms, wood burning fireplaces all with magnificent views of the City and River below.
