Touring Car Racing Association was founded in 1995 by a group of car enthusiasts who realized they had no satisfactory way of really enjoying the handling and speed of their sports cars. They wanted to explore the potential of both themselves and their cars driving at high speeds in a safe and controlled environment. Thus, was born Touring Car Racing Association.
