This blog is mostly about my oppinions on current events and how they relate to our past. History is a great teacher. You can look at events that have shaped the world and learn from them. Mistakes of the past should be a guide to making our lives better in the future. Every school in the country requires history as a requirement for graduation. None seem to require that anything be learned in those classes. The emphasis is on the rote learning of raw data.
