Established in 1986 by Robert and Julia Curtin, THE OLD PARIS PLASTER CO. began with a small collection of fine art replicas. Today the business now known as TOPPCO employs eighteen full time workers and two sculptors with Robert and Julia heading the design team.
In just a few years TOPPCO has earned an enviable reputation for the high standard and quality of its product and designs.
Design and the decorative arts reflect the essence of a culture, its attitudes and philosophies, its fashions and passions. With this in mind Robert and Julia strive to design and produce a unique product for the Australian and overseas market.
