From the very start was published in both German and English to demonstrate its international scope. Featuring a high-quality and distinctive style and layout, it soon developed into a noted publication, gaining itself a reputation as one of the most important voices in European landscape architecture.
In 2005, Topos underwent a fundamental relaunch to broaden its scope. Now appearing with a generous modern layout, it is published solely in English to increasingly address markets beyond the shores of Europe. These days, landscape architects, town planners and architects are increasingly engaged in projects outside their home country, proving that globalisation has reached the respective planning disciplines.
