Capitalizing on his twenty-five years in industrial real estate brokerage, Tom started Tom Wilson and Associates, LLC H36954, in 2000 to concentrate specifically on land acquisitions and industrial brokerage. After the initial success of the first company, Tom decided to form a new entity. In January of 2009, Tom and his partner, Scott Hutchison started Wilson Hutchison Realty, LLC H60297.
