To find one professional passion in life is wonderful. To find two is truly a gift. And to find someone else in the world who shares both those passions with you is even more incredible. Lisa Wilcox and Tuesday Knight are two people with this incredible luck. They were both actresses who loved their craft and looked forward to every new role that their profession gave them. Lisa took roles on television, the stage and in films, cast often as a woman who was always a bit more on the subdued side, while the equally busy Tuesday seemed frequently destined to play a sex-kitten. The two met on the set of the movie "Nightmare on Elm Street 4" and ironically enough, even though their movie characters were close, the actresses were not. With the frantic pace of life as an actress, Tuesday and Lisa were sure they'd never see each other again once the movie was finished. Then, one day 12 years later, fate brought them back together.
After running into each other in Los Angeles in 2000, the two bonded over broken hearts, hopes and dreams. The actresses who once lived in different worlds were amazingly brought together.
Ever the creative spirit, Tuesday explained to Lisa that she had started to make colorful, sparkling jewelry to fulfill both her artistic dreams as well as her pocketbook! Lisa saw immediately that Tuesday was on to something special and decided to join forces with her and help turn the then-start-up company into a true fashion force. They named the company Toe Brights, and set out to create jewelry that could brighten up any look in a way that hadn't been done before.
