Founded in 1991, we worked with Thomson Publishing on new CDs, books and directories for Jane's, the world's leading defence publisher. During this period TLR also undertook a number of studies of world markets for defence and high technology products and services. These studies were carried out for international clients and the UK government.
Through the late 90's, TLR provided the business and Internet software for Net Resources International and was a partner in both the start-up and sale of the company to Sterling Publications Plc. TLR continues to manage and supply the defence and aerospace editorial for Sterling.
TLR is currently developing Internet services in the rural sector. These include food standards certification, farming and the rural economy. This follows work with the NFU, CLA and ADAS in their Internet venture the Rural Business Network in which TLR held both shares and directorships.
