titleDISC.com - The entry for Disc Golf

A: An event registered with titleDISC.com will have its entry form duplicated on this website. Players interested in signing up for a tournament can find its listing by date, region or state. When an events link is "clicked" the potential entrant will be taken to that events entry form. The form will be filled out online and when submitted, the information will be sent to both titleDISC.com as well as the TD of the event. After the form is submitted, the entrant will be linked to a secure server in order to pay online. (Currently, we are accepting Visa & MasterCard. We hope to broaden the options in the future.) From that point, titleDISC will receive notice that the entry is accepted and the credit card will be charged. An acceptance notice will be generated to the applicant and the next step will be to show up to the event on time.
A: The entrant will pay a 6% service fee (minimum $1.50) for the service. This will cover the costs involved with being able to offer online entries on a secure server. I hope to get filthy rich from this someday, but as yet millions of people aren't playing Disc Golf (YET).
I have only the two links to the left at this time. I don't plan to charge for the links, but I will only put links to sites I feel are promoting Disc Golf well. The PDGA is a given and everyone who wishes to support our sport should be a member. Disclife.com is there because it is far and away the best looking Disc Golf site on the web. When I talk to people about our sport, I send them to DiscLife.com to see what its about. (Brian, feel free to talk up titleDISC all you want.)
