Melanie Gebauer has a Masters in Business Administration degree and 23 years of Information Technology training, design, development, and management experience. Melanie has been involved with a variety of computer software projects in both the public (State of Wisconsin) and private sectors.
Bob Kube has 27 years of law enforcement experience and 10 years of customer support experience. Bob retired as a Lieutenant from a medium-sized police department in Wisconsin where he was responsible for implementing an early version of the TiPSS software products.
