Tipperary at Tara -Fine Gifts - Jewelry - Art Gallery
Description
In 1979 when Nancy & Tom McGrath opened Tipperary at Tara, it was their intention to ensure that our customers would receive full value for every dollar they spent. Nearly thirty years, that is still the ethic they apply.
A thousand years ago the rulers of Ireland had a similar idea, at the annual festival at Tara in Co. Meath, seat of the Irish High Kings, the best work of Ireland's finest artisans was awarded the privilege to carry the mark of the "great hall". The term "hallmark" comes from this practice, the very best. At Tipperary we carry the very best that Ireland has to offer. You can be sure that if it comes from Tipperaty at Tara it is the best quality and value for your money available.
As our business has grown, our reputation for service and quality has spread beyond anything that we could have imagined. We are very proud of that, we do not take it for granted, and work at it everyday. At Tipperary at Tara, customers are friends and are treated so. We have come to know several generations of customers. A very large number of our customers are customers because they came to Tipperary with their parents as children and now bring their own children. We like that (as long as they behave that is).
