We have had to remember to move the car for alternate side parking, we have been running late to move the car, we have been crazy busy and forgot about the car, we have lived in places where they let you double park the car and then forgot to move it back, we have waited for spots to open, or regulations to end so we can park, we have put money in a meter and came back on time and the meter was already expired, we have reminded people to park on a certain angle or back their vehicle in so they would avoid getting a ticket, we have seen places without parking regulations and thought how good that would be, we have looked at parking signs and scratched our heads, we have asked people “is this a legal spot”, we have looked at our ticket and could not believe the price, we have listened for daily parking regulations on the news, we have read story after story in newspapers about people getting tickets and municipalities not seeming to care, we have circled and circled and circled looking for parking spots, and stopped short for red light cameras, and seen people get tickets for the seat belt law, and the soon to be speeding cameras, …etc., etc……
