The top is made from an underwire bra, and has the adjustable hook closure in the back, and ties around the neck with leather strings. The cups are covered in a soft tan suede material.
The bottom is 3 pieces. The skirt is made from soft crushed micro-velvet in a deep wine color. This high-quality velvet is $20/yard alone! Skirt features a comfortable elastic waist.
