Victoria grew up riding pleasure horses in her home state of North Carolina. Her love for horses led her to stop at Calder when she was in Florida in 1991 and a new love was born, this one a fascination with horse racing. She worked in her family’s residential and commercial real estate development business until deciding to pull up stakes and move to Lexington, Kentucky where she could work in horse racing.
