The company was founded in 2003 by Wendie Michie and Gavin Aubrey. They have trained thousands of people in more than 10 countries, across four continents. Courses include Myers Briggs, leadership, team skills, communication, advanced presentation skills, advanced sales skills and executive coaching.
Myers Briggs Personality Types
Myers Briggs is the world renowned, psychological tool to help understand others and yourself, in order to bring about improved performance. Think Training offers two courses in Myers Briggs personality types: an introduction to Myers Briggs and Advanced Myers Briggs.
Leadership Programmes
Leadership programmes highlight the difference between managing and leading, the components of excellent leadership, leadership for different situations, your preferred style and how to assess and then improve your staff's ability and motivation.
Team Performance Management
Team skills training covers team dynamics, visions, values, standards, strategy and actions. Team performance management gives participants tools to improve staff retention, loyalty and productivity .
Communication skills training gives people techniques for truly effective communication, higher sales and improved questioning and listening skills.
Improving presentation skills is important for anyone who is a regular public speaker. Think's advanced presentation skills teach you what makes a great presentation, what you say, how you say it and how to engage the audience through questions.
Advanced sales skills is designed for anyone for whom selling is part of their role. The course covers the psychology of the sales process, the art of questioning, listening to what your customer does and doesn't say, handling objections, designing solutions, presenting solutions and the importance of follow-up.
Executive coaching is designed for Board Directors, Executive or Senior Level Managers. There is no set agenda, and each session is private and confidential.
