At The Cake Crusader we believe that everyone should be able to enjoy cakes that taste and look good, even if they have food intolerance or sensitivity.
All of our cakes are wheat and gluten free cakes as standard but can also be made as dairy free cakes. Plus we also have egg free cakes and sugar free cakes or low sugar options.

The Cake Crusader was formed in 2009 by Liz Allan who has suffered from Wheat Intolerance for nearly 10 years. She has developed a number of wheat and gluten free cake recipes which taste so good that you wouldnt know they were free from recipes.
Having an intolerance herself means that Liz is aware of how difficult it can be to find great treats for special occasions.
