I�e been repairing pens since 1987 as The Southern Scribe. I do the full range of fountain pen repairs ... from basic ones like replacing rubber ink sacs ... to more difficult ones like making replacement parts (grip sections, cap bands), restoring gold or silver trim, and repairing cracked celluloid or ebonite parts.
The Parker, Sheaffer and Waterman pen companies often refer people to me for repairs of their vintage pens that they no longer service.
I fix about 200 pens and pencils per month. I try to have the pens repaired within 30 days but that doesn't always happen. I enjoy the variety of work. No job is too simple ... or too complicated. Check out my fix your pen pages for photos and repair details.
