Located in the town of Davie, Florida, the Signature Grand is a 100,000 square foot state of the art facility. The Signature Grand features 40,000 square feet of guest areas, capable of hosting a wide variety of events. Private areas are available to host events from as few as 10, to as many as 1,800 guests seated in one room for a dinner dance. The Grand can be subdivided into 13 private area, plus 4 large suites.
The Signature Grand has been the venue for the Bridal and Quince Show for the past several years. At the prestigious event, dozens of South Florida's finest wedding vendors will market their goods and services to future brides planning their special day.
In addition to the bridal extravaganza, the renowned catering facility hosts several other special events that are widely attended by Broward County residents. As a means of giving back to the community that has supported the facility over the years, the owners and operators of the Signature Grand are pleased to host frequent charitable events for local non-profit organizations. In November of 2007, the sumptuous facility was the site of the 11th annual Portrait of Homelessness Luncheon, presented by the Coalition to End Homelessness. In 2008, the Signature Grand was chosen as the venue for the annual Susan G. Komen Luncheon, which helped raise funds to find a cure for breast cancer. In 2005, they were pleased host the Mimosas to Martinis Event, a shopping fundraiser designed to raise money for the United Way's community-enriching efforts. In August of 2008, the Signature Grand was chosen as the venue for the annual Speaking of Women's Health Conference, which offered attendants valuable information and services to promote female health and well-being.
Although the salmon-colored, Spanish-style mansion is rooted in 19th-century designs, the Signature Grand was actually built in the 1990s. It quickly became one of the region's most popular venues for formal dinners, parties, wedding receptions, awards ceremonies, and fundraisers. Over the years, dozens of notable public figures and celebrities, including Elton John, George W. Bush, Janet Reno, and Jose Canseco, have dined and celebrated there. During its peak years, the venue generated more than $10 million in annual revenue.
