Qualifications and Accreditations
Simon is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a provisional member of the Institute of Financial Advisers. He was admitted to the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants in 1995. In May 2004, Simon joined the Institute of Financial Advisers as a provisional member and is currently undertaking their programme to obtain accreditation as a Certified Financial Planner.
Simon has a Bachelor of Commerce and Administration from Victoria University. He has undertaken further study in finance through Victoria University and the Australian Securities Institute. Simon is currently studying for a Graduate Diploma in Business Studies (endorsed in Financial Planning) through Massey University. In addition, he has also completed Adviserlink's Financial Planning, Business Insurance and Risk Management courses.
