The Quandrangle, Inc. was established to sustain a vibrant downtown community and become the primary catalyst to take advantage of the economic development opportunities in it's district. We encompass a 500-acre district along the entire eastern section of downtown Cleveland that includes businesses, residences, educational, religious and financial institutions, medial facilities and human service agencies. We are an integral part of the resurgence of Cleveland's neighborhoods.
