Title
The Objective Observer
Description
The Objective Observer follows a single tenet, to approach all topics in a logical and objective fashion and to follow each argument or point to its logical conclusion. This is not to say that The Objective Observer has no bias or no opinions. The Objective Observer must have some amount of bias. To claim otherwise would be lying, for no being of opinion can fully eliminate bias. Therefore, The Objective Observer must admit to some bias. However, in preparing each article, The Objective Observer attempts to eliminate as much bias as possible and to construct each article's logic and arguments such that bias is minimized. It is here, reader, that The Objective Observer implores your own opinions and feedback to keep The Objective Observer honest with respect to opinions and bias. The Objective Observer beseeches you, the reader, to comment freely in whatever manner you choose on any and all of The Objective Observer’s articles. In terms of opinions, The Objective Observer has many. Again, The Objective Observer strives to make these opinions the result of analytical thinking and logic versus emotion or other such drivers.
The Objective Observer does not discriminate or otherwise exhibit racism, prejudice, sexism or any other such kind of 'ism. However, as The Objective Observer’s views and opinions are shaped purely by logic and are bound by The Objective Observer’s promise to fully explore and expound upon all arguments, Objective Observer cannot guarantee that some arguments and logical analysis will not offend some parties. The Objective Observer makes no apology if some material is offensive. The Objective Observer does not support discrimination or seek to offend but The Objective Observer will not shy away from controversial topics, positions or arguments as long as they have a basis in logic and fact.
While The Objective Observer meticulously researches all articles, articles are written to convey logical analysis and conclusions, not to rehash research that you should already be familiar with prior to reading The Objective Observer. Therefore, The Objective Observer does not footnote or otherwise document the research or the origin of facts that are of common historical record. If you feel that any specific facts or basis of opinion is in error, please feel free to email The Objective Observer but please be specific and provide a basis of factual evidence that you feel proves your point. The Objective Observer will then respond and tell you why you are wrong...or tell you that you are right. Typically, these kinds of things come down to a simple difference of opinion or a difference in the interpretation of certain facts, not the facts themselves.
