When the recession struck, we were looking for the opportunity to find a way to use some of the difficulties it presented to our advantage. The chance was presented to us in the form of a plummeting real estate market. We were already looking to move into a larger facility that served our needs better than our current office, and we felt like we’d have the chance to reduce our operational costs as part of the process if we relocated.
