The Mindeye, operating from its New Delhi Office, was established to fulfill the corporate world's need for constant upgardation of skills and knowledge. Having established its name as a Trainer, it broadened its core competency to include consultancy projects. With its experienced and knowledgeable trainers, it created its own niche in the corporate world.
Ex-Chairman, State Trading Corporation, Ex-Director, Minerals and Metals Trading Corporation and Consultant, Ministry of Commerce, he is also the chief executive of another Consultancy company. He is a member of Task Force of Dept. of Public Enterprises, Advisor to a few multinationals and represents TFCI on the Board as their representative.
A Ph.D in Marketing from Delhi University, she has a corporate experience of 5 years and a facilitating experience of 15 years and has executed several workshops in corporates training on wide ranging topics like CRM, consumer behaviour, personal selling skills, time management, change management, relationship marketing and negotiation. She has, to her credit, several articles published in reputed journals of IIM, Bangalore and IIM, Calcutta. Also, she has authored two books on relationship marketing and stress management.
