Title
Southeast Connections - How to Connect - Link Bus - General Information
Description
Beginning on March 13, 2006, The Link will provide two great ways to get around all day: The Link free shuttle service and the new Orchard and Arapahoe call-n-Rides. This is the first step in the transition to the opening of Southeast Light Rail on November 17, 2006.
The Link’s fixed route service will continue to operate, running continuously in both directions every 15 minutes during peak hours (6 to 9 a.m. and 3:30 to 6:30 p.m.) and every 30 minutes the rest of the day (9 a.m. to 3 p.m.) Monday through Friday.
The new curb-to-curb call-n-Ride service operates from 5:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and can drop you off anywhere within the Orchard or Arapahoe service areas (see route map). You must call at least one-hour in advance, but can schedule trips up to two weeks in advance. There is a fare of $1.50 for adults or $0.75 if you’re a senior, disabled or a student. Transfers and passes from RTD and FREX will be accepted.
