Description
After catering college, Ben went to work in the States at the 5 star INN AT PERRY CABIN, Maryland, owned by Sir Bernard Ashley. There he covered a wide range of fine classic cuisine serving important political figures including Bill Clinton and Benyamin Netanyahou. He came back to work for TV chef Anthony Worrall-Thompson at his London restaurant, WIZ, for two years. He set up, as sous chef, the new restaurant of the first Accor Group hotel in the UK on the South Bank in London.
After starting out in publishing and film animation, Claudia went travelling to pursue the dream of a career in food. She spent a year in Hong Kong in a European restaurant and then went to Goa, India to set up a café serving fresh homemade pasta. In London she worked at Café Pasta as both manager and chef, and then for Anthony Worrall-Thompson at WOZ and WIZ. Her last job was Head Chef at MODEL CATERING, London, cooking for anything from fashion shoots (Mario Testino) to film premieres (Ridley Scott).
