Description
Shannon had her first encounter with ghosts at the age of seven, and although there would be more to come, she wasn't fearful of the mysterious “see-through” people because she recognized them as family members. This was the start of her becoming increasingly fascinated with the "afterlife".
Although the visitations had long stopped, Shannon was determined to further prove to herself and others that life doesn't end at the death of the physical body, and the best way to obtain this proof was in photographs (which is easier said than done).
After relocating to Los Angeles from her hometown in Northern California, she juggled her singing and songwriting career with classes in Parapsychology; reading every book she could find on "Ghost Photography". Four years (and many rolls of film) later she succeeded in capturing the life-like image of her long deceased aunt at the family plot in her hometown.
