The Dorschel Organization was started in the 1940's, founded by John Dorschel, on Ridge Road. The organization first sold Hudson's and Studebaker's, and then added the Buick franchise. In the late 60's the organization was moved to W. Henrietta Road. Since 1970 Rick Dorschel has added Toyota, Isuzu, Saab, and Lexus, franchises and, in 1996, Chrysler, Dodge and Jeep, located in Honeoye Falls, NY. Since 1997, we have made the additions of Volkswagen, Nissan, KIA and Scion. We have most recently formed our Motorcycle and Power Sports division, Dorschel's Rochester Thunder.
