Many web site designers make requested changes on their schedule, not the customer's. When I take on a job, I consider myself a part of the business I'm helping, and am excited at the opportunity to try and increase a company's market share as well as its profits. So when I get a request to make a change to a customer's page, that change is made in a matter of hours, not days or weeks.
In 2003, I started focusing on photo restoration. I have really enjoyed taking damaged�but often sentimentally priceless�photographs and restoring them to pristine condition. Taking pictures today is so easy, we fail to forget how truly fragile these images are. By restoring someone's special photograph, we're not only able to bring it back to life, but we're able to digitize and preserve the original. Consider this, what's one of the first material things people wish they could get back when their home or office is struck by tragedy? Their photographs.
