CLiX Network PHP Tutorials and Scripts
Description
Starting in early 2001 Tim Linden ran under the name “CLiX Scripts” and used a free hosting site at the time. The first script, “CLiX Scripts Banner Xchange” was created in Perl and freely given. About mid 2001 CLiX Scripts became “The CLiX Network” and sold the first copies of “Home Xchange”, a start page exchange script written in Perl. This was later converted to PHP and had the name “PHP Home Xchange 2.0″. After a period of building custom traffic exchange scripts, it was time to release another script “TCN Traffic Exchange”. This was a brand new script with tons of new features, and had a newer search engine friendly name. In 2005 The CLiX Network was looking to expand it’s services, and have an easier to remember url. So it was decided to drop “The” and just be “CLiX Network”, with all scripts created by Tim Linden supported by “Linden Software”. The new CLiX Network now has multiple people writing articles, and hopefully some day will have scripts and services created by some of those authors.
